We want you to love your hat. If it’s not right, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
Items must be:
Anything worn, damaged, missing tags, or not in original packaging will be refused.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear after approval.
Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not offer exchanges — simply return your item and place a new order for the desired piece.
Received the wrong item? Email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can rectify the vision immediately.
Customers cover return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using tracked postage. CAM Collective is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or misuse. Items returned in unacceptable condition may be sent back at the customer’s expense.
